Instamoney — a registration and processing fee for a service not rendered.

I had applied for an online loan with an app called instamoney. I completed the a application and was asked to pay a fee of rs 199/-. Then i was asked to upload documents which included bankstatemnts up to date. It would take some time, so when i spoke to the rep who called me and informed her about the same. The next day i came to know that they have closed the loan application for no response. And when i asked to refund my fee, they refused it. I even logged a complaint with instamojo they too closed the case in their favour. I was also told that i can reapply for the loan after sometime, and when i tried to apply i first got an error saying password does not match, hence i even changed the passwors through the link and then tried to log in but then i got a error message stating that the user does not exists. Which means this app is not allowing me to apply for a loan after taking the fees from me. This is so mentally traumatic.
