Hello,

I applied for loan on Instamoney on date 14 March 2025 and I received a mail after than due to heavy surge disbursement will take 7 working days.
But now it's been more than 12 working days but still there is disbursement.
I have contacted via mail multiple times but only response for every mail is computer generated of within 7 working days you will get funds.
This is really pathetic as they...

Hi Team,

I have applied for loan but they have rejected my loan after doing Nach mandate. Next day a message of Rs 570 debited from my account.

I am totally surprised that how they can deduct money from my account without giving any loan.

I need my money back to my SBI account as soon as possible.

I have taken loan in insta application.last month I have paid on time this month I can't able to pay because of some medical emergency issues...for that they have black mailing in very bad way.ill accept it's my mistake I have delayed but it doesn't mean they will take advantage of girl ... So please kindly Take against action them. Take it as your personal issue and do the needful... please

I had applied for an online loan with an app called instamoney. I completed the a application and was asked to pay a fee of rs 199/-. Then i was asked to upload documents which included bankstatemnts up to date. It would take some time, so when i spoke to the rep who called me and informed her about the same. The next day i came to know that they have closed the loan application for no response. And when i asked to refund my fee, they refused...
