Hello,
I applied for loan on Instamoney on date 14 March 2025 and I received a mail after than due to heavy surge disbursement will take 7 working days.
But now it's been more than 12 working days but still there is disbursement.
I have contacted via mail multiple times but only response for every mail is computer generated of within 7 working days you will get funds.
This is really pathetic as they have marked my emi on 1st April and they even charge for every day for late payment if I have not received funds how would I pay the emi and there is no way of contact without mail.
Please help to resolve my issue.
