[protected]@gmail.com Has cheated me in purchasing of recharge software, she told me that we are providing a services of mobile recharge, dth recharge, utility bill payment, postpaid bill payment as well as money transfer this all services will be done with in 5 to 8 second but i didn't get all this services only mobile recharge and dth recharge is available but it also not working proper when i am making a call to (Sneha gupta) she is telling i don't now you make a call to customer care than i try to make a call to customer care no [protected] the call is getting ringing continues, again i make a call to (Sneha gupta [protected]) she also not picking my number. In the beginning when she call me to sales the recharge software she give a price of rupees 6000 for super distributor after bargain, she told i will talk to my sir and i will inform you, next day she call me and told ok my sir told me to give you the software in 4000/- So i agree and i told ok than i will deposit the amount of 10000 in hdfc bank a/c no, your software charge is 4000/- remaining amount 6000/- give me a balance, . The a/c detail for money transfer is, A/c name - instant recharge Branch - burdwan Bank - hdfc A/c no - [protected] Ifsc code - hdfc0000462 So i have deposited the amount of 10000/- in hdfc bank wagle estate branch at 10:30 am, i have tell him to send a agreement detail and as well as purchase details but i nothing get it, i have deposited the amount at 10:30 morning but i get a balance of rs 5000 in the evening 3:30pm, I have made a oral agreement purchase cost 4000/- but now she is telling i have told 5000/- and now the software is blocked and the my money is also blocked Please stop this cheating team and don't purchase is software Was this information helpful? | |||||
