I am student of institute of chartered accountant of india. Institute is playing with our future
We are trying and trying but institute is reducing the marks. The student who got workhard theresfter got failure due to institute policy. After spending too much time we have no way to return back. I got work hard from 5 years but now i got failed. My exams were hold very good but my marks has been reduced as to last attempt. I want to complaint against icai. I think icai check the student exams with closed eyes. Icai is playing game with the students future. I am very hurt. I am writing this not only for myself but also for those lakhs of students who have dream in their eyes to be a chartered accountant.
Please do something in this.

I had ordered ipcc indirect taxes book for may 2018 exams on march 17 2018 and also pay money for the same.

14 days are over and till now i didn't get my books. There is no response from either icai or the courier company... They just keep providing different contact number which no one is ready to answer... This is the worst thing to happen with a student.. Our studies are lacking because of this stupidity... Atleast icai should take the responsibility...

Kindly do the needful.

My name is harish and my registration no. Is cro0221687. I have registered for re validation on[protected] for ca final. When i submitted the complaint for not receiving the letter they said it has been sent but after 1 month when i asked that i have not received the hard copy of letter they said that there is no requirement to send this and you can see on icai reprint option. I saw that but in that showing wrong address not updated showing for pcc. When i sent them this as attachment and asked that where is my letter they said we are not fooling you and not use abusing words like this. Please resolve my problem. They are not giving any proof because i have re validate online.

Sir, i submitted form 108 by oct 3, 2017 but i didn't receive any confirmation mail or letter. I called sivanesan sir and he told me to contact hyderabad gachibowli branch since i did articles in andhra pradesh. Then i called them and said my problem they told me to send mail to naveen sir then i sent the mail but he didn't respond then i took his contact details and called him but the number is switched off. Then again i called gachibowli branch now they are not lifting the call. Please help me in this regard.

Dear sir,
I have appeared for ca exams many times. Still i am not able to clear and the reason given by everyone was that you need to have luck to clear ca exams.
I prepared well and also presented well, still can't digest why i scored such low marks. Discussed with my friends regarding this and they were telling me that the institute has changed a lot and they will segregate the papers based on the pass percentage fixed. If this basis is followed why do you consider this is an exam. I am very much worried that even the education system has changed a lot and students are attempting suicide because of you people. How are you going to pay for this???
Please consider this as much as important. If a person who works hard scores 40 and the person who doesn't even touch his book also scores 40 then that is the situation you people push the students to go for a wrong decision.

The institute of chartered accountants of india is most respectful statutory body of india. The icai is the second largest professional body of chartered accountants in the world and also is recognized as a premier accounting body for maintaining highest standards in technical, ethical areas and sustaining stringent examination and education standards. Chartered accountancy as a profession known for its professional excellence, integrity and an ideal for certifying financial statement of the country. It is amongst the most reputed professions.
But, the recent plethora of events during the ca final examination results declared on 17th january 2018 the faith on the respected institute has been shattered. The ca final results declared was contradictory with the gazette list published by the institute from its own database. However the reason given by honourable institute for inclusion of our names in the gazette list seems unsatisfactory and opaque. It seems that we are living with the mercy of our honourable institute where they randomly decide and control the result of the students.
On more detailed analysis of all mark sheets we observed that the institute seems to have deliberately reduced marks of students who are near to total of 200 marks. Students even after having performed satisfactorily well and being declared successfully passed in ca final examinations in the icai’s own database, the results are manipulated. This kind of acts and manipulation in results degrades the reputation of the institute. We believe that the most reputed professional institute like icai should not tamper result nor they should compromise careers of students.

Accordingly we demand a clear and satisfactory reason and basis on which our names were included in the official gazette list and why our marksheets have lower marks.

I have paid ca final course fee via www.ICAI.org site and got message from paytm and corresponding bank that paid amount with reference number from paytm: fnalc[protected].

In middle we have error message that icai final course application amount is not verified. Still amount is not return to account.

Please take necessary actions.

My name is Stuti Bhavsar I have placed my order through ICAI online store I.e https://icaionlinestore.org. The order was for 2 Revision Test Paper for November 2017 on 6-9-2017 through order no. 107448. The site is showing the dispatched docket no. [protected] but neither dispatch date is given nor the Shipping status is given. I have mailed to online store as well but no solution is provided yet. No one pickup calls at the Noida stores. The payment is also done though debit card. When will be books delivered. Neither there is refund policy given

Ca chandan shanbhogue (220721) is trying to mislead my company in invoice and providing false information in tax laws. We have no official agreement in the retainership fees nor any contract has been signed. He is very unethical and unprofessional in doing business. The oral agreement from inr 10, 000 was changed to inr 60, 000 for no logical reason. When i refused, there are mails from him threatening to file a defamation case, and even sending mails to my customers, rbi, and income tax department.
Would appreciate the help in raising this issue in the correct forum, or taking appropriate action against the individual.

Court should remove the power of icai to deduct marks. Also they should have system of rechecking paper by some other person that the paper checker is awarding proper marks (Proper marks doesn't mean only lesser marks).
Icai makes the student agree that students cannot file cases and cannot show their scan answersheet to any legal authorities, hence student are not able to file complaints. Further student may be affraid about their future with icai and they do not get guts to file complain.
Somebody should get into all these and help us.
Our careers are at stake.

I too agree with the vikas maheshwari said. The principals are treated article students as thier slaves doing all thier personal stuffs with the help of article students and they try to teach us nothing. This happen due to the loop hole in the icai policy.
First of all the principal should know the rules & regulation to guide the article student & then he should take students for articles. He is leaving us to home at his own continent times. No time sense no common sense to him.
I too suffering from this problem for past two & half years. For me only 6 month remaining to complete but this problem is not end up only with one article student this is faced by all the students. This leads to take wrong step in the student life. I too wana to complain regarding this problem so someone who know about this kindly help the article students. This will helpful to the articles who will join newly.

In Delhi branch of Ray and Ray chartered accountants, headed by CA A.K. Sharma( Membership no. 80085), they don't give conveyance for any audit client to staff, although they are charging out of pocket expenses(read conveyance of staff) from their clients in their bills. Also, for outstation audits, they don't reimburse taxi bills at all and also don't pay hotel bills fully but keep all the bills with them. Can't say where that money goes? No idea what they do with all those bills? DA is 100/150 Rs per day as per their policy but still they don't give it, although they get DA form signed by concerned staff on a blank paper without putting details on it. The accountant calls the concerned staff while doing such things alone, as happened in my case.

I have even intimated the same to my friend hari about this but the person not paid the remaining amount and he was also very rude to me and sent the filthy SMS's to me and my family which i was stored in my mobile inbox and if you can cross check bout him he was a person with short temper and and he used to show all the picture of Charted accounts of india chairman and directors who was very close to him and he also claims that he was a relative to them so nobody can do anything to him so please my concern i s during this 2 months he was already taken a 2 members articles and sent them back without any reason their names are kishore ([protected]) yogesh also so please take a action against him or else i will complaint a case in the police station with the proof of his sms's

Mr. Vivek Kumar Agarwal (FCA) Proprietor of M/s Agarwal Vivek & co., residing at 128/171 K Block Kidwai Nagar Kanpur Mobile No [protected] and phone number [protected] was my legal consultant and he was authorized to fill and submit my income tax return on my behalf.
From 1998 to 2011 only Mr Vivek Agarwal has been handle all works related to income tax, banks, investment etc.and in lieu of this my bank passbook, TDS certificate, IT Orders, Salary Certificate, balance sheet and many other documents was kept in his office.
In Sep 2011 I have been disposed off by illegal way from Service from M/s Kumar Prinitng Inks Pvt. As the Owner of M/s Kumar Printing Inks is brother in law of Mr Vivek Agarwal So Mr Vivek Agarwal has stopped my service and he was denied to give back my files and document which is under possess of him.
I have lodged a case against M/s Kumar Printing Inks Pvt.Ltd. in Labour Court and I have most required the documents which was in possession of Mr Vivek Agarwal
So I request you please take necessary action and my documents may kindly be released to me.

Dear Sir,

I am small entrepreneur based in Navi Mumbai. I have been given a job to CA for my firm, but instead taking appointment on his name he has taken on other CA's name saying he has a limit of 20 Costomers. Appointment was issued on other CA. All the filing for the year was done except filing of ROC.
Year is passed but the same is not done and even the penalties etc was not indicated. Now I have to shell out around Rs. 50, 000/-
Similar case this year also happened, CA has not filed the zero return saying its not required and in the course the credit of Service Tax was vanished due to non renewal of the same. In this case I have lost around Rs. 40, 000/-

This is totally avoidable as we the customers do not have any control on these CA's. Kindly suggest the way out as we are on verge of closing the Company.

Respected sir/ma’m this is to inform you that Mr.Sumit Jain- C.A from Dubai (phone no:[protected] in conjunction with my spouse named Soumitra Singha Roy ( resident of Vancouver, Canada, passport no. G9991373 & Pan no. AGMPR0818D ) had claimed amount INR 33740/- & INR 68k/- through income Tax filling for year 2014, using my Pan (Banerje, Tanima) and deposited entire funds in to Mr. Soumitro Singha Roy’s account in Bank of Baroda, Sonari Branch, Jamshedpur. Jharkhand. This process he’s continuing since 2013 (ever since seized my PAN card). He’s able to do all this scam using his SBI business card ( where he was only temp staff in Dubai branch[protected] & was terminated).
After this scam my spouse had separated due to Criminal charges, which he used to avoid any repay of filled tax amount.
My sincere request is to take further action against of C.A for malpractices, Mr.Soumitra Roy for forging with government, and advise accordingly.
