Court should remove the power of icai to deduct marks. Also they should have system of rechecking paper by some other person that the paper checker is awarding proper marks (Proper marks doesn't mean only lesser marks). Icai makes the student agree that students cannot file cases and cannot show their scan answersheet to any legal authorities, hence student are not able to file complaints. Further student may be affraid about their future with icai and they do not get guts to file complain. Somebody should get into all these and help us. Our careers are at stake.
