Highly unethical people with no sense of humanity . I enrolled for their soft skills business program ;however due my personal emergencies, I'm not able to continue their course and asked them to refund my amount as I 'm doing this course my taking personal loan and its not feasible for me to do the course . And they gave me an option of online course at the cost of regular course and bluntly said that we can not refund the fee. Their whole objective is not to losse money even if they loose humanity and they have no legal answer except that like any other institute we have no refund policy . The major part of process is that they don't bother to respond you . Please don't trust this institute and keep yourself away . They keep changing their statements daily . This issue got resolved amicably and We are almost on the verge of completing the course.
had very bitter experience with this institute .Their mannerisms are very poor .They lack Knowelege about their own content .They are more like sales closing agent .
Their trainers are worst ..watched some videos .They have not standard as they absorb those trainers .
The trainers themselves have poor pronunciation snd poor communication skills .
Overall they are Frauds and into minting money .
The course is all about selling certificates .
I donot recommend any well educated person to enroll with this institute for any course .
They are not professional to handle queries and seldom hide facts .
There are better institutes to enroll especially soft skills courses ; all you need is a little hard work to research .
Do not get caught up by their ptopoganda of Certification Accredition !

When the spirit of the association is constructive, mountains can be moved to create mutual wins. We are however sadly disconnected with your claims and judgement of our charter, work ethic and intent. Keeping the disconnect aside, we would like to respond by clarifying on fundamentals we pride ourselves for.
With regarding training, we do not have any training sessions uploaded on YouTube. What you see are our students who are practicing as Image Consultants and/or Soft Skills Trainers sharing their experiences and journey to success and sometimes giving tips on Image and Soft skills Management. This is their marketing effort and totally managed by them as individuals. Very Importantly, Soft Skills are a mix of behavioral, professional and life skills, in high demand across the length and breadth of the country, including the non-English speaking belt, for their personal and professional success in a highly competitive landscape. We are unapologetic and proud to have a student pool as practicing Image Consultants and Soft Skills Trainers in the marketplace with ample diversity in delivery and language skill set, to cater to this need.
ICBI follows a stringent internal competency mapping and certification process before assigning any internal training. Our trainers are not full-time trainers but practicing consultants and corporate trainers who bring the richness of live experience into the classroom. We choose to impart real world application-driven learning over theory-driven rote learning. We have subject matter experts conducting different sessions and not one single trainer for the entire course.
Voice of Learners drives us to be on our toes and 'always on'! We have a feedback mechanism for every session conducted and the feedback is also ploughed back to the trainers to ensure learner delight.

i paid around 23k to ICBI mumbai and wanted to enroll during covid, however got caught in financial crisis. i want a refund of my hard earned money and i wish you would refund the same. you may want to give many reasons on how your refund policy and life time membership works, however you may have to consider the challenges one goes through to pay their tution fees on their own, i am a working woman with 2 kids and my parents depend on me. i only wish if that my paid amount comes back, if you want to communicate with me please write to me on my email : [protected]@gmail.com
