So, please I request u too Change my category from open to obc so that I will be able to take benefit of that scholarship or else any other procedure I have to do for changing my caste category please tell me.So that I will also refund money .Since my college is not giving permission to change whatelse I hav to do please help for me .Please help for me that so that I will be benifitted as I have all the documents needed for it including Caste validity certificate, Caste certificate etc. Please tell me My contact no.
