Respected Sir, During receiving of my Family Mobile (Order from Ekart CIN U72900KA2009PTC050123 ), along with my Father Daughter and Myself Siddhartha, the delivery person took signature of my Father and noted the DRIVING LICENSE of SIDDHARTHA . Please note the ERROR and if it is OFFICIAL RULE ; please get it corrected immediately, inspite of noting the MOBILE NUMBER by my FATHER . Please note if there is any Personal or Government of India Life Issue Concept hidden in noting the Driving License of SIDDHARTHA, Son of Shri Komal Chandra Jain .As a Human or a Person, people can commit mistake, but the Delivery Person to be kept aware of the Legal Instructions and check what is required, donot mix the subject and identity . Any Government of India Prize can be also given on revealing these Personal Facts. Please note the matter and take the necessary corrections. I have submitted my application form dated on 4.7.2016 for ST. But membership no. not attoted to me.
A massage has sent to me that unable to process membership form dut to discrepancy. After this incident I have resent my diploma certificate and other educatonal certificates. Please verify the error & comfirm the membership no.
