Instyle Interiors — Sofa not delivered for 3 months now

I have ordered step model 3+1+1 sofa on 25th Apr 2015 at furniture exbition held in Pune. paid 50% amount upfront I.e INR 15000/- and been told that it will be delivered within 4-5 weeks. I started following up since 18th June with sales person Dilip on [protected] however did not hear anything other than excuses like kapda nahi mila, ban raha hai etc. etc. it's been 3 months now...Mr. Kunal thakkar...Is this way you provide service to your customer ?I was the one who once appreciated your sales person zabbar to Dilip...unfortunately I feel cheated today...
