Insurance Policy — to give my policy as soon as possible

My name is jaskaran and i am from Amritsar. I own hero splendor plus 2016 model. My bike insurance was expired on 28 may 2019. Thus, i did insurance of my bike from miss pooja (employee working in amigo tata for united india insurance company). I insured my bike 1 day after expire of previous insurance. So, my bike also need inspection. On 29 may 2019, i went to amigo tata for insurance of my bike. She gave me quote of 1320 rupees(1100 for insurance +120 for inspection). She promised me that she will give my policy on 30th may. Next day, when i went to took my insurance policy then i found that the registration number of my bike was wrong it is PB02-CY-**** but in insurance policy they have written PB02-VY-**** then i argue about this issue.After that employee miss pooja starts blaming me she told me that this registration number written on your bike rc but when i show my bike rc then she came to know about her mistake then she told me that she will correct this mistake and also told me to pick up insurance policy next day that on 31st may. Next day when I visit to their office she told me to sit for 5 minutes but i sat for half an hour and after that she came to me and start telling me sorry sir! Our computer system is not working properly so they were unable to give me my insurance policy today . Again she insisted me to collect the insurance policy next day. Then i told them that i am busy for 2-3days i will collect it from you on 5 june. On 5 june when i call her she told me she is out of town so she Will not give me my policy today. On 6 June all markets were closed. So on 7 june i called her about my insurance then she told me to call her again in evening. When i call her in evening she told me that she call me back in 2 minutes. I said ok. But even after an hour she didn't call me . I got frustrated. Then i call her and she started misbehaving with me then i also got angered that you have no manners that how to talk with customer. Also, i requested them to gave me my policy or refund my insurance amount. Then, she told me that insurance amount is non refundable so they only give me my policy . And i am getting angered that they took all my insurance amount and also i don't see that they correct my bikes registration number on policy. If any mishappening Will happen with my bike and because of mistake in policy i don't get claim then who is responsible company or employee? Its humble request from my side to solve my complaint Regarding this issue. I am attaching the wrong policy provided by the company and rc of my bike.

On 9th June I filled lic ado form ..3 times I tried to do payment but it became fail ..and money deducted from my account ..total 1800 ..I want my money back 1200 rs in my account or either I will file case against lic .
