Taken through policy bazaar.

First when I tried to claim for cashless to park car in service centre or garage where cashless service available, at initially itself I faced worst experience. Car parked in Racca services almost 2 weeks but they didn't start work, they said they need confirmation from UIIC and insurance company said they need details from policy bazaar but both of them already having all information. After too many follow-ups they gave intimation and garage started work.
Now second instance, garage told car repaired but they can't release the car and they need confirmation from UIIC.
UIIC are saying you took this through policy bazar so we need details from them now policy bazar said we already given all details. All information is with both of them why should I suffer and in case they need any information no one asking on email and on call proactively.
Every time when I try to call then only they are saying this thing.
If I gave my money to buy insurance to avoid any unnecessary expenses but this UIIC and policy bazaar giving me worst experience.
Please help me to get it done ASAP.
It almost a month but what I understand it was just 3-4 days work and I will get my car back but still due to their blame game I am suffering.
It seems both of them are very unprofessional and not customer oriented.
Racca services need confirmation on claim expenses by UIIC then only they can release the car.
I have a patient at my home and really need my car, I have a car, I have an insurance but no use.
Please look into this issue on priority.
