Medical insurance policy - insufficient reimbursement claim

I am Dr. G. S. Naveen kumar having a medical policy no. [protected]P[protected] and company TPA ID MD15-[protected]
I got medical treatment and sugery (laser Prostectomy BNS + TRUP at G. V. Urology and Kidney Stone Center, Bengaluru and was intimated to the company. The medicals expenses bills and records for Rs 174078 was submitted for claim but I have received only Rs.95295 without any reason valid reason. Hence, I request to pay me...

Taken through policy bazaar.
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Garage: Racca services

First when I tried to claim for cashless to park car in service centre or garage where cashless service available, at initially itself I faced worst experience. Car parked in Racca services almost 2 weeks but they didn't start work, they said they need confirmation from UIIC and insurance company said they need details from policy bazaar but both of them already having all information. After too many follow-ups they gave intimation and garage started work.

Now second instance, garage told car repaired but they can't release the car and they need confirmation from UIIC.
UIIC are saying you took this through policy bazar so we need details from them now policy bazar said we already given all details. All information is with both of them why should I suffer and in case they need any information no one asking on email and on call proactively.
Every time when I try to call then only they are saying this thing.
If I gave my money to buy insurance to avoid any unnecessary expenses but this UIIC and policy bazaar giving me worst experience.
Please help me to get it done ASAP.
It almost a month but what I understand it was just 3-4 days work and I will get my car back but still due to their blame game I am suffering.
It seems both of them are very unprofessional and not customer oriented.
Racca services need confirmation on claim expenses by UIIC then only they can release the car.
I have a patient at my home and really need my car, I have a car, I have an insurance but no use.
Please look into this issue on priority.
Your help is much appreciated.

    Hello Sir/Madam

    My self BHAVESH I SHUKLA my wife FALGUNI B SHUKLA is admited in hospital as on 28/05/2024 at 12 noon to 1 pm at Shree Krishna Medical at karamsad and discharge on 29/05/2024 at 10 pm.
    I have cashless claim and they are giving me a rent for only one day where she admitted for two days
    I follow up for this with company but they are not giving proper answer for last two and half months

        My car number: TN 01 BE 7981, had accident on 30-sep-23, after so many follow up inspection was done and got approval to start repair my car. it got repaired and we paid full amount Rs.88589 to service center got vehicle on[protected]. submitted claim with all required documents on the same day. However we have not received claim approved amount. We had paid using our credit card and now we were not able to pay credit bill and we got 5% extra charges plus bonus charges + gst etc... till today we are not able to pay that credit bill which was paid to repair our car. it is taking more than 45 days, till no response company and we had purchased insurance from policy bazaar, we had submitted copy all required documents to policy bazaar as well. but no response till date. due to this our entire family are going through deep depression and unnecessary heath issues. Kindly look into this issue and close as earliest as possible

          There was a Claim initiated on 18 July 2023. Mental Harassment from last one month with no response and settlement. Complete Mental Harassment to me and my family and keeping the Car in Workshop from almost a month causing a huge risk and financial loss to me and my family. Yesterday night I have brought my Car TS 03 EN 4032 from the workshop paying the complete amount of Rs. 30, 878/- from my pocket after more than a month.
          I have received only the pure loss and damage from United India Insurance. Even the vehicle has received multiple damages both electrical and non-electrical due to such a huge delay and parking in the garage/workshop without any moment or usage for than a month.

                I have been following up with them from all the channels since the claim is processed. The issue they said is itthe claim has been approved and has been wrongly processed to a different zone. I added all the relevant members to correct it in the mail. No one is ireplying to the email and no solution is provided yet. It has been 4 months I am following with them.

                  Insurance Claim - Surveyor is not ready to provide the damages done

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I got caught with an accident on 24th April, 2023 around 4pm in the area I'm residing in (Sangam Vihar - Bandh Road).

                  I was actually driving and suddenly discovered a big stone on the road. To avoid the obstacle, I applied the brakes. The road was having some loose gravel due to which the vehicle got disbalanced and sIipped and we fell on the road.

                  On Accident of my vehicle on 15Jan 2023 I have reached hgp service centre kanpur on 17jan for repair of my vehicle.they have lodge claim with claim no. [protected]C[protected] on my policy [protected]P[protected] from United India insurance company.
                  Insurance company have took more than 20days to allot surveyor after allotment of surveyor they have forced to settle claim on your money and refused to settle cashless even I have zero depreciation insurance and cashless policy and my previous claim was settled cashless but this time they refused to settle my claim cashless.
                  On 18 Feb i have received my vehicle from service centre after paying invoice amount RS.16999/- and Surveyor assured me after deduction of file charge remaining amount of invoice amount will be settled in your saving account within one week, but i am still waiting for settlement amount after more then 2month have been past. They have informed me only amount RS. 12540/- will be credited in your account even I have paid RS. 16999/- service centre.
                  I request you to reopen my claim and settle as according to invoice amount that I have paid to service centre.

                      Sir, I had filed a claim for accident/ damaged of my Bike on 16.11.2022. The survey was completed undersigned handed over my vehicle to the Global Bajaj Service center, Branch Sant Nagar, Burari Delhi-110084 for necessary repairing work. After the job completion I received my bike back and took the bill. But there is no update or assistance from the UIIC Officials. I have repeatedly asked for update none are replying.                             This complaint is against my policy no. [protected]P[protected] for the accident on 8/09/2022 I had asked for the claim and on that day only my car has been sent to the garage and I had also filed the claim at the insurance company...on that day no surveyer was issued and after 2-3 days they told that claim can progress through the photos of the vehicle and also the damage of the car...trader sent all the photos and the quotations according to the damage to "roadzen" who was appointed by the company for the claim. Earlier they told that frst provide the quotation for the outer damage than after that provide the quotation for internal damage then in two part the claim amount will get issued. The trader provided the same according to their requirements...then when my vehicle was repaired and the "roadzen" were informed they told that trader can give the vehicle to us and the claim amount will be given after some days...as the time progressed we got no information and also the claim amount was not given. When we asked the person from my city branch they told it is under process and u will get full amount. Then on 18/11/2022 i got the msg that only the amount of Rs.5780 will be given but the quotation amount Rs.33200...Now you can see how much of a fraud company is doing...how can we expect they will help in me in future... person take insurance so that when in need he can get some help/compensation but here the company is only backstabbing the customer...no surveyer was given so that the person can identify the damage... So disappointed...i really request u to plz help us.

                              Motor OD claim

                              Hi Sir/Mam,

                              I have raised Motor OD claim for my scooty on 2nd September 2022 on their portal but till neither no one responded or no one visited to service garage. I also tried on their number but still no responded on call as well.

                              After waiting for few days I dropped a mail on their company contact mail for the accidental claim, didn't work.

                              Now as a consumer, I'm here to complaining about such...

                                Dear Sir,
                                I filed a claim regarding accident/ damaged of my car, all the initial processes (i.e. Estimate of Rs. approx 19, 000/- submitted) I followed as advised by UIIC Dibrugarh Assam branch officer and accordingly they assigned a surveyor for my vehicle. Once the survey was completed undersigned handed over my vehicle to the garage for necessary repairing work. After the job completion I received my car back and took the bill of Rs. 19, 050/- (Final Bill) and submitted the original bill to the branch office (Dibrugarh Assam) and filled the form accordingly at the same time I informed to Branch Manager that i have paid to the repairer 3500 less of the billed amount because o[censored]nsatisfied work he done.
                                And according to the Branch Manager surveyor make the assessment amount of Rs. 9000/- Only. I called BM to know the reason, She said assessment has been prepared according to telephonic talk with the repairer. Firstly Repairer has not been paid the full amount of Rs. 19050/- (because of his unsatisfied work), That is why he said that only 9000/- he received. Secondly, if there is a rule to make the assessment according to telephonic talk, then why have they collected the estimates and final bills?

                                  Hello, this complaint is regarding the rude behavior of the regional manager o[censored]IIC, firstly i got a call today about money transfer for my claim, for which the form was submitted 2 months back, they took so long to refund the amount secondly the regional manager was very very rude fir which i have to reply in the same manner, this should not happen to the consumer by any firm, they should be polite towards their customers. the refund should be done within 15 days of form submission, instead of an apology we have to hear such harsh words..i want UIIC to take actions towards the manager or else a legal notice will be sent
