Maturity amount after 5 years is : rs. 443780/-
50% discount on second year premium.
Medical insurance for four family members.
According i have sent cheque to mr. Dhanajay at pune ph. No. [protected].

The received policy is not matching as per plan given me on phone. So i have contacted to so many times to following persons.
1. Mr. Gaurav / miss raina ph. [protected]
2. Mr. Dananjay ph. No. [protected]
3. Miss yashika ph. No. [protected].
They are telling me that all terms will cover in second document & it is completed & sent for verification to government of india. They are neither sending second document nor cancelling the policy. They are making fool to me.
Please help me to get correct policy or refund of policy.
