            We sold honda city-1.5 exi car, regn. No. Hp-03-c-1070 rto-shimla to mr. Rakesh raina on date 13.06.2013. Purchaser did not applied for transfer of this vehicle on his own name and still this vehicle is on our name. He renewed insurance policy (Hdfc ergo general insurance co. Ltd.-broker name: probus insurance broker ltd. Broker code:[protected] policy detail: proposal-[protected] 000, invoice no.[protected] dt.24.10.2019 & this policy was sent to us. As we have sold the vehicle, we cannot accept it. Please cancel it and inform him so that he may insure this vehicle on his own name.

                Policy no: 21640929 with premium of rs 100000 issued date of 6th july 2019 on my name (Under signed) where agent is probus insurance.

                Received calls through probus insurance vendors who calls in to say that they are linked to hdfc bank and also know that when i shall be getting calls through hdfc.

                Mr. Avinash (+91-[protected] & [protected]) says that he is at the top of the hierarchy, then comes mr. Raj (+91-[protected]) giving calls from hdfc office (Fraudulenty claimed).

                They also say that i will receive the welcome kit and then the bond paper and because they are into certain negotiations with hdfc so the extravagant offers like assured health insurance and mediclaims and pre loan facility i will be getting and in writing on the bond paper.

                Also whatsoever they say i get calls from different mumbai/delhi/mobile numbers to confirm the structure of the policies mentioned are correct and i obviously do not used to save all the numbers.

                In case these people are fraud and if whatsoever they used to say is not correct, then please i would request to take strict and corrective actions against them and please blacklist these probus insurance third party vendors from your list and my suggestion that hdfc should not bring bad name to self image with these type of agencies.

                I am in talk with my advocate and shall soon lodge an fir against the fraudsters with traceable mobile numbers and please guide me that how to move along to the council against them if they are cheaters along with filing a case to consumer court & irda.

                Please check with them that how they are using hdfc's name and faking in such a fashionable manner.

                Please tell me that if any help is needed to record statements to the police department. I shall approach to various agencies against these fraudsters once my father returns from abroad. I have mobile call recordings of all conversation held till now.

                Request you to kindly provide resolution & suggest what i can do with the policy.

                  Probus brokers, who are trusted brokers of hdfc life, are committing various frauds in the name of hdfc bank.

                  Firstly, they are calling the potential leads and having a conversation and pretend as if they are calling from hdfc bank and a guy called harish (Or any other name) introduces himself as operations manager in hdfc bank. And then he sells lies which people will trust because of the trust people...

                    As discussed, i purchased policy no. 20120236 hdfc life classicassure plus policy premium amount 50, 000, on 27th february 2018 from akshay ([protected]) who is employee of your company as he said.
                    He said that if you have no money right now you can pay with any credit card my company will convert it into emi without any interest. So i paid this amount with standard chartered bank credit card and inform the same details with him. He said we will work on your emi and inform you once done.
                    After 1 month also whenever my due date came i called and asked him what about emi he said that it will happen but take time, i said that my due date is there interest will be charged on my out standing. He is like it is ok sir our company will reimburse your interest, again after 1 month his response is same. After 3rd month i paid all my outstanding with near about 11000 interest.
                    I asked him to give me your senior number for this case, he is like no sir i will do give me some time. And now its near about 1 year he asking me for time only. I want my interest which i paid due to improper guidance of your employee.
                    I discussed over call with there provided contact number. They are said you drop mail to compliance team they will resolve. I dropped mail and send 3 4 reminders but still not received any update.

                        My name is santu sinha, i have purchased hdfc life sanchay policy (On 13th nov 2017) from probus insurance broker limited. I got a call from this company they introducing them as calling from hdfc life.
                        Mr. S. Ganguly (Not sure his name is shamik ganguly or not, he told me this name) from agent side told me about this policy that 'sir if you pay inr 40000 per year till 5 years, after 5th year end you will get inr 320000 or near about this amount'. He promised me i will get some medical insurance as well. Till now i only received hdfc life policy kit.
                        My issue is: 1. Till date i didn't received any document related to medical insurance. Now he told me i didn't tell you anything like that.
                        2. He has provide me fraudulent service like he told me if i pay inr 40000/year till 5 years that means inr 200000 after 5th year end i will get inr 320000. So i have given a cheque of inr20000. When i poke him regarding my medical insurance document he always keep me in a loop and say it returned from your home as we are not available at home. I asked him to show me the tracking id but he refused. This time i doubt about the policy, so i go to the nearest hdfc life branch office and they told me that i have to pay inr40000/year till 5 years and after 15 years i will get inr320000, as the policy is over 3 month so can't be cancelled it, either you have to pay the premiums or forgot what you have paid. I am totally helpless regarding this matter. I need help to get my money back.

                          I got a call from this company they introducing them as calling from hdfc life. They sold me a policy with zero cost emi for the policy hdfc life super income plan. After i made the payment through online using my credit card then only i come to know they are brokers, not hdfc direct. Now i try to reach out them there mobile numbers seems invalid. Completely fake.
                          Please, anyone, help me to cancel this plan and return my money back. Don't trust if anyone call from hdfc life. They completely fake. They giving false promise. If anyone ready to help me to come out from this call to this number [protected]

                            I had taken the policy of INR 100000 on 28/05/2016.
                            I had been promised following things during taking the policy:
                            a) Pension - INR 3500 every month from August 2016 till 16years.
                            b) 40% discount on the policy amount for all 8 years (because of disability clause). That means he will have to pay only INR 60000 (for 8 years).
                            c) Revisionary Bonus of INR 30000 for all 16 years.
                            d) All medical bills and medical claims of all 4 family members attached to this policy.
                            e) Money back on INR 112500 (from 8th year to 16th year - every year)

                            But till date I have not received any benefits or the Bond paper/letter mentioning above benefits.

                            They are big cheaters and a FRAUD company. They promise lot of benefits while taking policy. And give NOTHING at the end

                              They also say that I will receive the welcome kit and then the bond paper and because they are into certain negotiations with HDFC so the extravagant offers like assured pension and mediclaims and pre loan facility I will be getting and in writing on the bond paper.

                              Yes, He correct Mr Rohit is continuously cheated many people I have seen many complaint against him at different portal.

                                Fraud in name of overdraft for selling insurance

                                No services or calls received since last 5 months

                                Policy nos. 17250016 and 17395337 from hdfc standard life received. As per commitment from mr. Pankaj sharma and mr. Rajat malik about commission rs. 71500.00 bonous and medical benifit not received still date. We are unable to contact them on their mobile phones i have received call from mr. Krutika desai on 25.4.2015 regarding issue of the same and we have paid security amount rs.34200.00 to yes solutions and rs. 26000.00 to ivd services...
