    I need to take the above tablets every day. These are prescribed by my doctor heramath, consulting surgeon at ruby nursing home-pune.

    I am finding difficulty in getting these tablets locally. Out of 10 medical shops, only one shop may have these in stock.

    For getting the substitute tablets to prescribe one need to get an appointment five months in advance. If you do not have the capability, to cope up with the demand, why did you introduced this drug in the market?
    Could you make arrangements to attend the shortage?

          On 6th july 2019 there was a cme arranged by intas pharma in ferozepur city, punjab at panchvati resort. Concerned persons were rbm mr. Jitendra pal singh, executive mr ankush thakur and mr tarun prajapati. But after commitment that the bill would be paid within one month but it is very disappointing that after requesting again and again my bill has not been cleared. Kindly take notice of that and enquire the whole matter and as soon as possible cleared it. It will be highly obliged

            Sir / Madam, I have purchased sealed pack of Brimotas-T Eye 👁 Drops at Madurai Aravind Eye Hospital with Batch No. VI17006, Mfg. Date NOV, 2017 & Exp. Date OCT, 2019. In which I have noticed that the eye 👁 drops are packed with just few drops. I felt a lot for this.. And I have lost an amount of ₹109.00 on it. How can this happen in such a reputed company? Iv stunned to see this.. As I am staying in very very far place from the hospital and can't replace the same.. Kindly check and see that this should not get repeated again in future..

                I am using this cream for skin purposes since a long time and i have discontinued my treatments due to the problems observed. The cream starts leaking liquid from the cream as soon as few days pass after opening the product. I think it is due to microbial contamination and the preservative used is ineffective.
                Use of cream when the liquid starts to come out is difficult as the viscosity changes. I think strong action should be taken in this case.
                Or please rectify the cream.
                Finally writting a complaint thinking that this should reach the mfrr.

                I am using ITASPORE 100 mg tablets. The batch number of the capsule is "KY1574". The manufacturing month of these capsule is AUG 2019 and the product will be expired onJul 2021. A lot of capsule in the strip is out of shape and is packed in harsh conditions.

                    “I have purchased Megamentin-375 Tablets having Batch No. ZTB1603-09, Mfg. Date: 03/2016 & Exp. Date: 08/2016 for an amount of Rs. 170.50/- . However the upper coating layer of the tablets was found to be broken, some tablets were found as powder form & dark Brownish color. It seems that there might be microbial growth accumulated on the tablets''.

                        I have been using Intas' Morr 7.5 since last few months, but the recent bottle that I bought from a nearby retailer seems to be duplicate. The smell is very different, the texture is also Viscous as compared to the original one. I have a strong doubt that this product is duplicate one. But I really don't know what action shall I take against it. Guys help me if any of you are aware with the proper course of action.

                          My name is Brijesh Mayani. I had joined in Intas in May;2012 and left in April 2013 (worked total 11 months). At the time of Joining Intas has forced me to Join earlier and said that we will pay you notice pay reimbursment. So based on their confirmation i had joined Intas earlier. Now when I left the Intas so they are not giving me my last month salary as well as F&F and enforcing me to pay thier reimbursment amount which was never agreed earlier.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            Three days back I purchased one of your product “ MORR F Lotion” from a medicine shop from
                            Paschim Midmapore , West Bengal, as per the prescription of a skin specialist under whom I am
                            being treated for hair loss.

                            I am very much surprised to say that the qty of liquid inside the bottle was half . Bottle was of
                            60 ml size. I am in doubts about the short receipt of this Lotion as because previously
                            I was using Mintop 10 (60ml bottle) and the content of liquid was full (up to the bottom of its
                            neck).

                            While questioning to the shop owner he replied that this is what your distributors are
                            supplying to them. I also enquired it form another near by medicine shop, same half bottle MORR F
                            was available with him.

                            Kindly conform whether this half bottle qty is Ok ( having 60 ml) which coming directly from your mfg
                            unit or I was cheated by your local distributor.

                            Please conform it at the earliest. If it is not ok then replace me the bottle as it is a very costly Lotion
                            and I have not yet used the purchased Lotion.

                                  Our complaint is reproduced hereunder:-
                                  "Dear Sir,

                                  Upon Doctor's prescription, our company's Chairman has been purchasing NERVZ-B Capsules.

                                  We attach scanned copy of the two strips purchased from the same stores. Though bearing same name, there is difference in composition between the two. The strip with batch No.SP09054 is superior and the differences are as under:

                                  1.The strip with batch No.SP09054 is having 200 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid whereas the strip with Batch No. DL0228 is having 100 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid.

                                  2."Inositol 100 mg" is present in SP09054 and the same is absent in DL0228.

                                  3. SP09054 are soft gelatin capsules whereas DL0228 are hard gelatin capsules.

                                  Both are with M.R.P. of Rs.162-70 and are sold with the same brand name. Is this not unethical to the consumers?"

                                        I am an Angina patient taking regular medication. Yesterday I bought three packs of ESPIN 2.5MG ie.3 X 10 Tablet packs of Amlodipine 2.5mg tablets. While one pack's MRP was Rs.13.58 / 10 tabs (Mfg.dec 2008) while two packs's MRP was Rs.28.00 / 10 tabs, inclusive of all taxes (Mfg: April 2009)

                                        It is surprising that a Tablet costing around 0.20 paise is being blatantly sold at Rs.2.80 per Tab. Also, where are the governmental agencies regulating Pricing of drugs like the NPPA / or the local drug departments? How come more than 100% increase in MRP has been allowed without any justification?
                                        Can any consumer court take cognizance of this complaint and bring the pharma Companies to book for fleecing the patients like this???

                                        I would request any of the concern authorities to initiate investigation into pricing and ensure that in these times of constraints, companies like Intas do not load the patients with unnecessary / unwarranted increase in prices.
