I HAVE BEEN IN THE ORGANISATION FROM 7th MARCH 1996 TO 1st APRIL 2000 .

1. I HAVE SENT PF WITHDRAWL FORM 19 & 10 C DULY FILLED TO CO. IN TURN CO SUBMITTED TO AHMEDABAD PF OFFICE 25th JULY 2008 VIA BLAZE FLASH COURIER DOCKET NO[protected] .

PL NOTE I HV SENT A WRITTEN COMMUNICATION TO REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND COMISSIONER ON 03.01.09 ON DELAY .

2. I WAS INFORMED IN FIRST WEEK OF APRIL 09 THRU MY SOURCES THAT FORM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO CO BCS FORM WAS INCOMPLETE . WHEN I CONTACTED CO THEY INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK ANY FORM . SUBSEQUENTLY CO ADVISED ME TO SUBMIT FORM AGAIN . WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY . IN TURN CO SUBMITTED NEWLY FILLED FORM ON 22nd APRIL 2009 V1A BLAZE FLASH COURIER, DOCKET NO[protected]
3. I WAS INFORMED BY CO REFERING COMMUNICATION FROM PF OFFICE AHMEDABAD, DATED 11th MAY 2009 . THAT APPLICATION CAN NOT BE ENTERTAINED BCS OF ITEM NO 22 ( HAND WRITTEN, FINAL SETTLEMENT DONE ON 10 / 2008 )

I LOOK FORWARD FOR YOUR VALUABLE HELP IN WITHDRAWL OF MY PF MONEY .

SIR,
I resigned from INTAS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD on 10-09-07 and submitted all the company properties to my regional sales manager and collected letter from him and sent all the necessary datas to company on 07-12-07 by PROFESSIONAL COURIER and they recieved the courier on 10-12-07, I collected the receipt from courier office. but the company people saying that they are not recieved any courier and not settled my fulland final settlement

So, please do the necessary steps to get settlement as early as possible

I apply for pancard & my application form was recived on dated 4/11/2004.

application form 49 A bearing application no[protected] & processing fee coupon no[protected].

I apply for pan card in IT PAN SERVICE CENTRE, Nr railway st .nagpur & office show my case is "clear case" .

But still I not allotted a pan number & you mention in application form " pan card will be issue within 15 working days from the date of reciept at pan service centre .

Now what I do ?

REQUEST U PLEASE SEND MY PAN CARD AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE beacause right answer not getting me from IT PAN SERVICE CENTRE, Nr railway st .nagpur

I have not received my PF yet. Its been an year now i had left Lintas India Pvt. Ltd. I had received one receipt from Maharashtra PF Office in which My account number has wrongly written. Because of that i haven't received my pf till date. Kindly do some thing ASAP.
