Enrolled for Business Analytics advanced Certification due to begin on 3rd July.
To sign up quickly the marketing team provided
- all the fake promises and suitable timetable
- a free complimentary course that will begin as requested
Everything was an unbelievable yes yes and fake promises until the full payment of thousands in dollar reached them.
After that no communication was in place or updates received.
Waited for the actual course to begin on 3rd July. No invites no information nothing came in about the program. On checking with them they mentioned lesson schedule is changed (which never matched for what i requested when i signed on) and a new detailed schedule will be sent which never came.. Two day no response asked for a refund. No response.
Then on escalation to Paypal email response started from them requesting for a call time. Even after multiple emails they could not agree on a time than sending "are you available for a call?" Then when the call came the person was raising voice against the customer and justifying the scam as it if is only happened to me. On their google reviews (other than the ones their employees given and the fake paid reviews) if it is sorted by low reviews exactly almost all have been scammed by the same problem from them.
Do not wish to receive any form of service who intimidates people, use fraudulent and unethical behaviours and lure people to sign in and pay and then they threaten you.
Aftre that threatening call, i choose to communicate by email and the response i was given was the complimentary free program began earlier so i cannot get a refund for the actual course which was not deliver. I did not attend their complimentary free course and that was used as a reason for not providing the refund. Many have been scammed like me.
They use platforms like Youtube and their fake reviews to lure customers. They present themselves as tech professionals and disguise themselves as the best service provides. unimaginable unethical practices are followed to sell their outdated old recorded videos to professionals outside India and many youngsters are falling into their traps and taking loans and falling to their scam.
