I have enrolled for the Advance Certification course in Data Analytics at Intellipaat learnings on 31/12/2025. i have opted for no cost EMI for the payment and fee was 45k. I need to cancel my registration due to some personal reasons. I have sent mail about cancellation to the respective company on 05/01/2026 that is 6 days after registration. The course was starting from 06/01/2026 and i have mailed them before that. The company is telling me that i need to pay cancellation charges and i was ready for that but the escallation manager told me after paying cancellation charges, only 5k to 10k will be left from the payment this means they are charging me 30k-35k. i told them that i could not afford this much charges. they are charging me huge. i have mailed them on 15/01/2026 and on 19/01/2026 to send me the details about charges that how am i going to charge this much. but they are still telling me they are working on it.
My EMI will be debited from 03/02/2026 and i really need help to cancel this loan or stop the EMI. the escallation manager only telling that i need to transfer the course or i will be borne by cancellation charges but the charges are huge i cant pay this much. they are only delaying the things.
i really need help regarding this issue.
