[Resolved] Intellipaat — Course refund

I got a call from sales lady from intellipaat team and she informed me about the course. I agree to their course but she started loan processing before my admission done. She promised me on a call I will get refund after attending 1st orentetion class. I attended but I ask her for refund. Before my interview done for admission she proceeded loan and get their money from bank. They are not listening.

I got call from escalation team of intellipaat. He tolde that kindly remove the complain from consumer complaint portal then and then only he will be able to discuss my case with finance team. So I am marking as a solved but if in future if it is not getting solve I will again complain about them.
