[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Denying Refund after submitting bank statement as proof for 6 months

ENROLLED FOR A DATA SCIENCE COURSE AND PAID MONEY IN SEP 2023 AND I STILL AM NOT GETTING A REFUND ON TOP OF IT GETTING MENTALLY HARASSED.

It is beyond comprehension that Intellipaat started recently to deny receipt of payment despite clear bank evidence provided to them contrary to the initial confirmation of receipt of funds by the Intellipat employee and confirmation of processing funds by both the finance team and escalation managers from the last year 2023.

Even after I have attached copies of relevant documents, including [Screenshots, Bank statements, and every supporting document including bank transaction messages, receipts, emails, screenshots, etc.] for their reference surprisingly the FRAUD team of Intellipat started recently denying receipt of money after confirming me initially for receipt of the funds then lying me regularly from last 6 months that the refund has been processed whenever I ask for an update and surprisingly they have come up with a new excuse recently that they have not received the refund and that the employee has taken the money in his personal account and they can't track it. This company has ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS.

The team has been mentally harassing me with constant lies which i beyond imagination. even after I have a bank statement as proof.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THIS IS GENUINE FEEDBACK

The complaint has not been resolved yet and it is shocking to be marked as resolved when I am still chasing my money and getting no positive response yet. Intellipaat is still not been able to resolve my issue and sending robotic email every time I ask for an update. When I call no one answers my calls. This is very unprofessional an its been almost 8 months now I am chasing them for my refund. They are the biggest liars and a bunch o[censored]nprofessional people working there.
