Intellipaat — Exploiting my hard earned money -- need it back

Hi, I am Balasubramanian Ramadoss. I joined the Data science PG Diploma course of Intellipaat in JAN-2024. The sessions have been sub-standard throughout. However I was unable to attend the classes due to acute chronic health problems. As I need to complete bed rest. I have informed the Intellipaat team over official email & phone call that I am discontinuing the course due to chronic health issues. I have also asked them to ensure that no EMI amount is cut from my bank account going forward as I choose to discontinue the course due to severe health issues which I am facing. They asked me to submit the entire list medical documents so that the EMI is not cut going forward, even after I shared they have not done the needful till now. They have given extreme mental stress / torture to me by making 100s of calls without giving any solution, they just make excuse & consume my hard earned money while I am not making use of any of their services. I need my hard earned back immediately.
