1. I don’t know, how their surveys are because in our class only, we have confirmed all things with their team members Sirisha, Aarav, and Wasim, but now they don't stick to your own words. But one thing I know, even if 6-7 students have a problem including me, we need a solution. I don't care if it will cost you more to make a separate batch. You cannot say that due to other students, you can't do anything. We don’t care if other students are ok with your pace. we can't risk our future and learning because of these students. We don’t want to do a 5-month course in 8 months. You are just telling us to risk our careers because of other students.
2. Don't tell me that your assignments can help us get in-depth knowledge. They are just some rubbish assignments that cant help anyone, you are making students fool by letting them solve those assignments which can never help them. You can find competitive ques for Python and SQL anywhere on Hackerrank, Leetcode, and copy them instead
3. Unnecessary holidays and unnecessary quizzes or assignments are being given to waste our time and intentionally extend the course duration. Without even informing us and taking consensus from only 2-3 students, they have recently given Chrismas Holiday. Even after calling them to schedule our session on Christmas, the support team directly denied it. We are not here for vacations, we need to complete the course asap to transition. The support team has so much arrogance as if they have paid our course fee.
First time, I came across a course in which students have to tell me again and again that they want to do harder assignments, want productive sessions, and want the pace faster. But the organization is not listening to them at all, just focusing on making money. There is no motivation behind your organization or your team. They are just selling their courses just for the sake of making money.
I had agreed on some terms in writing and some word of mouth before enrolling in the course :
1. 25% of sessions will be covered by IIT Faculties (which I expect in future sessions)
2. 1:1 doubt sessions will be provided within 24 hours of posting a query
3. All sessions including Handson will be taken by Industry Experts
4. Most Important reason for joining Intellipaat, due to the commitment from the admission counselor, that I can find the difference between the depth and pace of Intellipaat sessions compared to other Academies
5. Course will be completed in 7 months.
I can't find, any of the agreed terms getting implemented or can be implemented in near future, they are being violated.
They should have informed me before enrolling that Intellipaat is only for inexperienced or non-technical students who need too much spoon-feeding. I would have never taken admission.
I have talked with our Company's GC, and he explained to me the legal actions we can take.
This falls under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 - Deficiency of Service
If I do not hear from you within the next three days, then we are left with no option but to instigate legal proceedings.
This action can be avoided by either solving the above issues immediately or contacting me within three days with a refund and compensation of the time wasted
