I had enrolled for Devops and Cloud Master certification from Intellipaat in Sep 2020. Now I am asking them to provide me the Invoice which I have to submit to my office for reimbursement from 21st March 2022, but still did not received the same. Inspite of several reminders for seeking an update from them but no luck. As if the support team is not at all interested to provide any kind of support. Tried to call to support team number but they are not responding, but at the same time their sales team numbers are working fine and getting connected. Tried to convey the message from them as well but no luck till now. One of the sales team member Miss Arohi, who was the one who had enrolled me for the course which I was looking for. Did received the welcome mail from her as well but this time even she is not responding well.

Approached the CEO Mr Diwakar Chittora via Linkedin and Twitter as well, but no response from him. Still waiting for them to revert with what I am asking for.
