[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Loan and admission not canceling.

Actually i have enrollment the cloud computing course from intellipaat on 11th april and they have made loan of 1lk 25k fro propelled after 2 days only i have raised ticket as well as mailed them caling them 5 times a day to cancel my admission still now the batch has not started and they have promised before that i can cancel the admission anytime my batch will start from april 25 but they are forcing me to do the course and not canceling the admission. what should i do to stop the loan still it has not disbursed to them and manager is saying he can put on hold again whenever i want to rejoin i can rejoin the course but cancel option is not available but the advisor before said that anytime i can cancel plz suggest me if you can help me in this. Help me out I will not able to pay the emi now and i dont want to continue with this course please cancel my admission and reject my loan application. Manager nischay is telling me to give another refrel who can join the course or i had to only do the course anyhow. There advisor has also blocked me not replying on whatsapp and not picking up calls after i took admission before taking admission he was with me 24*7 for guiding.same the support team give same reason everytime that manager is not on the floor we have raised your concern you will get a call back from manager. Same script everyone have there. Manager is not helping us as it is still written that if i join clas for one day also that refund is not possible. Even the advisor said in 2 months before your first emi you can cancel anytime and he was calling forcefully on wp thatswhy i couldn't record the call. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
