[Resolved]  Intellipaat — No refund after course cancellation

Worst experience I have ever had... They are so unprofessional and don't care about your valuable time so please don't waste your time and money on them.
I had enrolled for S/4 Hana Simple Finance Advance Course with prior commitments from them to cover the particular topics but after paying the entire amount and had the first introduction session with trainer, I came to know that all the candidates in the session we're fresher's and he was only covering the basic topics then I requested to change my batch and trainer but the 2nd trainer was also not able to cover my topics.
Then after wasting my lots of time for requesting multiple times to provide me the proper trainer who can provide me the proper training, they asked me pay 60k more to cover the course.
I have all the confirmation on email and call recordings of their sales team member who assured me to cover all those topics.
I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since beginning.
But still they are not refunding my money back.

So don't waste your hard earned money on them, they are ruthless and don't even bother your multiple requests, problems and your valuable time.
They just care about money and once they received that, they don't even give the damn ### about anything.
I don't want to give even a single star to them but there is no option so I am helpless as for getting my refund back from them.

Dear Piyush, The course advisor had shared the course curriculum to you prior to the enrollment and the same has been conducted in the live sessions. As informed to you earlier, You are not eligible for refunds since you have accessed the self-paced content, attended the live sessions.

We have shared your course access log and also tried communicating the same multiple times from the time you have joined - 14-Jun-2019. Copying the policies with you for your reference,

I had raised mail on 1st September 2022 for the cancellation and refund of course Data Science and AI course which is going to commence on 4th September 2022. And for the Mail i have initiated on 1st September 2022, morning 6:40 am I had received ticket number of 604813. However I had not received any response from Support team till now.But getting mails on filling form for batch segregation . I had enrolled the course on 30th August 2022 and opted for EMI option. As I want to discontinue the course even before the commencement date of course, i expect a call from Support team and expect the initiation of process of approving my EMI cancellation without any delay for avoiding the auto deduction of EMI amount
