[Resolved]  Intellipaat — cancellation of course, closure of loan and refund of balance fees

I enrolled MSc data science IU germany thru intellipaat on april 2023 Paid 60k and 240k as loan thru propelld. They ask me clear IU course specific knowledge to fully enroll for MSc. I didnt attend single class and i ask to cancel the course by august 2023, but they refused to cancel and ask me to take the course. Then i requested to change the course. But they refused that too. By march 2024 they email me and force me to finish the course specific knowledge within 12 june 24, that time also i ask to cancell my course, but they refused, without any option i took my first exam attempt to course specific knowledge on may 24, but result be after 6 weeks. Means after 12 june. So i will be deregister from IU. And cant take the course, but they ask me to pay emi. I really fed up with intellipaat and propelld. I want to raise consumer complaint intellipaat. Because i paid 1.7L literally for nothing and asking me to pay 1.3L more even if i deregister. Kindly need tour advice to cancel and get refund of my fee
