Intellipaat — Not cancelling my course and no solution from the support team

I was enrolled in data science batch by iit madras on 11th December and i wish to cancel my registration as i have encountered an urgent need of money and will not be able to pay the fees.
I told them to cancel my registration on 12th December and my fees was 75000 on EMI. I have not conducted any classes a of now as classes start from 17th December.
I mailed them several times and told my genuine problem regarding the issue but instead of giving any refund they said that give this course to someone else and take the money from them, am i a salesperson to them, why would i be selling the course to someone else. They really don't care what problems you have they just want money weather you attend classes or not. They are now mentally harassing me. Please once again cancel the registration and stop the emi process.

They are practicing unethical. same thing happened to me and they told to sell my course to other person. So it is very hard don't get trapped in their trap.

yes, They are using GOODWILL OF IIT ROORKEE AND OTHER REPUTED INSTITUTE . THERE AIM IS ONLY TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR END THATS IT . THEY ARE BIG SCAMMER AND CHEATER. PLEASE DO NOT INTERTAIN THERE CALLS THEY ARE HIGHLY SCAMMER AND ALSO IIT ROORKEE AND OTHER REPUTED INSTITUTE ARE HELPING THEM FOR THAT TYPE OF DIRTY WORK
