[Resolved] Intellipaat — Quality of audio in online streamed lectures | |||||
I have a problem understanding the online audio stream. I thought that it might have been the quality of my ADSL connection, so I came into an office which has business standard broadband. The problem still exists there unfortunately, hence I have eliminated the ISP connection as the source of the problem. I already emailed [protected]@intellipaat.com and raised this complaint but they said that they checked a few and found they were ok. So effectively they have already denied my claim. I think that the content is good. It's just that the quality of the audio is too poor. Lecture 12 of the Data Warehouse course goes for 48 minutes so this would be very difficult to complete. Not sure what else to do at this point. Very frustrating as I paid almost $400 AUD for my package of training. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Intellipaat customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
