I purchased the data science course from Intellipaat, and they promised me a referral bonus if I refer other students. Therefore, I referred 2 friends, and they also purchased courses from Intellipaat. I applied for the referral bonus at [email protected], and they said it would take 15-20 days, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite multiple emails, they keep saying it will take an additional 15 days.
During the admission process, they called me 10 times and assured that I would receive the referral bonus promptly. However, there is a significant delay, and I don't have any guarantee that I will receive it. I haven't received any positive responses from them. Please resolve my issue; they are not keeping their promises, especially regarding the timely delivery of referral bonuses. Intellipaat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
