I was informed to pay admission fees of 25, 000/- for Executive MTECH from IIT Jammu. They said they would be providing training sessions for clearing the interview. I attended a total of three sessions and found that the program was beyond my comprehension and capability. I attended the panel interview and failed miserably as I was not able to answer the most basic questions. I got a call to take the training session again and give it another go at the interview. By that time I was completely convinced that this was not my level to take this course. I explained my concern to the support team for almost half an hour. The concerned person( "Niharika" ) was very supportive and understood my situation. She accepted my condition and instead offered me a program from another University that doesn't have any Interview process. I clearly informed that the program was beyond my capability. She informed me that my 25, 000/- will be refunded within 30-35 working days into my account.
After a week I got a call from a person by the name " Pravin" My second attempt to panel interview is due in one week and asked me to join the preparatory session. I denied his request as I had already informed him that I would not be joining the program.
Then I dropped an email asking for the details of my refund date on[protected] via email. I received a ticket ID 1255207. I was informed that my query would be resolved within 24 hours.
I again sent an email on[protected] but I didn't receive any reply.
I am still awaiting a response from the support team as to when will my 25, 000/- admission fees be returned back as I have not been selected for the Panel Interview. I kindly request them to return my Deposit Money with the date clearly mentioned.
