Intellipaat refused refund for low quality courses and no course schedules to show. Contacted many different users through email and used the contact form and havent gotten a response for months. No forwarding at all. [protected]@intellipaat.com email is hidden on the website so most users would go to the "contact us" button and use the contact form or would email complaints at [protected]@intellipaat.com. Verified Support May 27, 2019 Intellipaat Customer Care's response Hi Elise Glynn, As we checked with our team they said you already accessed our all self-paced training courses and downloaded the materials. We have log reports of those. This is not in our company policy that after learning our training courses we will provide you refunds. One more thing as you said you mailed on [protected]@intellipaat.com why you didn't raise the ticket on our support mail id [protected]@intellipaat.com if you faced any issues, we have dedicated live chat support also. These all things we say at the time of purchasing the course. Now coming to the meeting invites our team sent you many times meeting invites to join the session but you never repond to our single mail. Hope you understand. Thanks
