Intellipaat — Scam company - 12 Days since I asked a query no response

I thought Intellipaat was good site. Scam company - 12 Days since I asked a query no response. Their content is good in theory wise.
You can get similar stuff theory stuff rom Google and youtube videos.

It is not practical at all.
Even demos documents they send do not work.

No proper help or documentation on practical work at all

Do you know how and where to file complaint in India for this company. Not only one or two people complaining about refund and this should be address asap
