I, Bangari Mohan, enrolled in a Computer Science Engineering course from Intellipaat on 24 April 2024.
Loan of ₹54, 000 was issued through Fibe (formerly EarlySalary), but I only agreed to a ₹52, 000 course — and paid ₹2, 000 from my own pocket as a registration fee.

The course quality was not as promised. I requested cancellation and refund, but I was ignored. I am now stuck with an unfair loan that I never agreed to fully, and have lost my ₹2, 000.

My earlier complaint was closed without resolution1. Immediate cancellation of the ₹54, 000 loan
2. Refund of my ₹2, 000 registration fee

Updated by bangarimohan My name is Bangari Mohan. I joined a Computer Science Engineering course on 24th April. The total loan amount was ₹54, 000, taken through Fibe. Out of this, I paid ₹2, 000 as registration fee from my own money. However, the loan provider added an extra ₹1, 000 as unnecessary charges without my consent.

This charge was not explained or mentioned before the loan disbursement. I believe this is an unfair and hidden charge. I am a student and these unexpected costs are affecting my finances. I kindly request the consumer forum to help me get a refund of the excess charges and ensure transparency in the loan process.
