[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Urgent consumer complaint against intellipaat pvt ltd - refund issue

I am writing to bring a serious matter of consumer dissatisfaction and financial concern to your attention regarding IntelliPaat Pvt Ltd, a company that specializes in providing online education and training programs.

I enrolled in IntelliPaat's Cloud Computing Job Guaranteed Program, lured by their promise of 100% job guarantee and a refund policy if I was unable to secure employment after completing the course. I paid a total of 1, 00, 000 INR, with 60, 000 INR paid upfront and the remaining 40, 000 INR through EMI.

However, after completing the course, I discovered that the company had misrepresented their offerings. Although their website advertised a 100% job guarantee, I received an email after payment stating that it was actually an interview guaranteed program. Furthermore, they had amended their terms and conditions, indicating that they would not refund the course fees if I did not secure a job. This deceptive practice eroded my trust in their company.

I decided to request a refund immediately after learning about this discrepancy. On 15th September, I made the payment, and within 24 hours, on 16th September, I applied for a refund. Subsequently, I was bombarded with calls from their executives, pressuring me to cancel my refund request. The manager I spoke with used inappropriate language and informed me that they would not refund my money. When I mentioned taking legal action, he became dismissive, stating that they would "see about the refund process." Regrettably, since then, I have not received any further communication from IntelliPaat.

It has now been a month, and I have yet to receive my refund despite their explicit promise and my timely request. This situation has caused me significant financial distress and mental anguish.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. I am seeking a resolution to this issue, which includes the prompt refund of my 1, 00, 000 INR, as promised by IntelliPaat Pvt Ltd.
