International job provider Pvt LTD — Amount not refunding

I have been cheated by a fraud company. I made contact with them through whatsapp. On 1st june, first i paid 350/- as registration fee & after that i paid 1500/- as a security deposit for getting the work. I was said to complete the work in 10 days & after that i will get my payment. After completion of work, i asked for payment, then they said to pay 12580/- amount for creating login id. They said that this amount will be refundable within 4hours. But, i didn't receive the refund. Again, they said to pay 22000/- amount as a agreement deposit which will be refundable within 5minutes. I disagreed & till now i have not received my refund amount & now also they are telling that pay the agreement amount & get all money refund & also your salary. Please help me on this issue.
