At first they asked me to pay registration fee of rupees 699 and it is refundable then i paid 699 after paying they are asking 3360rupees to assign the pdf file and it is refundable with in 2 days and i paid they assigned me work and after 2 days i asked her about refund money then she again asking me to pay 12000rupees and saying it is refundable with in 4hours of paying and when i asked why don't you say in the first she is not responding....
