International Land Developers [ild] — no work in ild grand, project 2 years delay

This is in reference to allotment in tower no. A2 in ild grand, sector 37 c, gurgaon under subvention payment plan.

Please note that during finalization of allotment of flat and subvention plan, it was confirmed by ild and its representative that all emi shall be paid by ild till possession of my flat also, it was verbal confirmation from ild side that ild will handover by september 2018 (Status of construction not yet known to me)
No reply from ild team. Most of senior team of ild left the company.
Project in hanging in without any progress till today april 2019.
