I have submitted my wife hospitalised reports and documents in mediassist portal on 2nd march 2019 and submitted original lab reports to the mediassist person 17th march 2019. I have received message that "your resimbursement claim was received on march 28th, 2019 and will update you with in 5 working days".
On 2nd april 2019, i have received an email from mediassistindia.com and they have mentioned in the email "kindly provide original lab reports which supports the diagnosis & treatment"
I have replied to that email on 3rd april 2019 with proper details "i have already submitted the original lab reports which supports the diagnosis & treatment in medibuddy portal as well to the mediassist person which i have received from the hospital. I have attached same scanned copies in the email. Kindly check and let me know if you need any other details." but i didn't get any response from mediassist team.
Again i have received email from mediassist team on 8th april 2019 with the details "kindly provide reports supporting diagnosis"
I have sent followup on my email on 9th april 2019 and looped my hr as well. That too i didn't get any response.
Again i have sent 2nd followup email on 10th april 2019, still i didn't get any response.
I have called mediassist customer care last week 3 times and they said that they have escalated this issue to the next level and will get response within 24-48 hrs. But i didn't get any response. Every they are repeating the same story.
I have provided all the reports to the mediassist, still they are asking the details. I am really frustrated with mediassist service.
