[Resolved] International Passport — Delay in issuance of Passport , Folio No. CAL-A 007592/09 | |
Sir, I AADHYAN BOSU, B Tech (E & C), aged about 23 years, of "Bosu-Niketan", 47, B M Mondol Road, Santoshpur, Kolkata-700 075, applied for international Passport on 29/01/2009 with Regional Passport Office, 4, Braborne Road, Kolkata 700 001. My Police verifications has been completed by Mr. Mondol (Full name is not known to me) at DIB Office, Kasba, KOLKATA 700 042, on 30/03/2009. At the time of police verifications I submitted all my requisite papers to the inspector Mr. Mondol, ie. 1) Receipt of the Passport application 2) SBI Savings A/c 3) Driving License 4) PAN Card 5) NASSCOM ID Card 6) Ration Card 7) Birth Certificate 8) ICSE Admit Card 9) INFOSYS TECH Ltd Offer Letter . Now I like to let you know that I am a B Tech (E & C ) from UPTU, Lucknow, India and being placed in INFOSYS Tech Ltd as Software Engineer. Infosys never allowed any candidate to be a confirmed staff without International Passport. Therefore since even after more than 4 (four) months period of submitting my application I yet to get the same. So, I would request you to advise me that how to move and what is the remedy of the same ? In this respect I like to let you know that when I am going to surf online through their website it shows "POLICE REPORT INCOMPLETE-CASE IS BEING VERIFIED". I don't know what does it mean to say and what they are verifying ? since the inspector was satisfied with all the documents I submitted with him (as mentioned above). Awaiting your quick redress and solicit your cooperation. With regads. Infosys Ltd — Passport status shows police report incomplete
Hello Sir/Madam, whom ever it may concern,I have applied Pass port in September '2008 in Bhubaneswar & police verification is done also, but my status is showing Police report is incomplete & case being examined.My ack no is #A028625.
Please suggest what needs to be done in this case. It's urgent . I badly need it.

International passport — DELAY-in-ISSUE OF PASSPORT say about more than 4 (four) Months
Sir,I, AADHYAN BOSU, of "Bosu-Niketan", 47, B M MONDOL ROAD, Santoshpur, KOLKATA -700 075, appllied for International Passport on 29/01/2009 with Regional Passport Office, 4, Brabourn Road, Kolkata 700001 . And Police verifications has been completed by Mr. MONDOL (Full name is not known to me), Inspector DIB, KASBA, KOLKATA 700 042, on 30/03/2009.
Now the problem is, I yet to get the same even after say about more than 4 (four) months time and it is urgent to me as I am being placed in INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES LTD., Mysore, as a "Software Engineer".
International Passport is a must in this Company, otherwise they won't allow any Candidate to confirm for his/her JOB.
Now I wish to let you know that I have submitted all my requisite papers during submission of Application and at the time of INSPECTION i.e.POLICE Verifications. i.e. 1) SBI Savinga Pass Book 2) Driving License 3)PAN Card 4) NASSCOM ID Card 5) Ration Card 6) Birth Certificate 7) ICSE ADMIT CARD 8) INFOSYS Offer Letter Copy and 9) Receipt of the application for Passport.
Now when I am serching the STATUS of the Passport it shows "POLICE REPORT INCOMPLETE and CASE IS BEIBG VERIFIED". I do not know the cause and/or meaning of the same.
Please Advise me, what to do now ?

Now it is really funny as I yet to get the same even after about more than FOUR month's period.
So, I would request you to advise for the redress of the same immediately as it is urgent for the confirmation of SERVICE in INFOSYS as per their service rule.
