I am having 2 Tata Photon commection & the details are given above. As i was commited at the time of purchase of the New Tata Photon Post Paid Connection that i will get Rs-100/- Discount per month up to 12 months. But i only get discount for 2 months after that company has stopped giving me the discount of Rs-100/- per month. I had email to all the department of Tata Docomo Company, But i finally got the answer that they will not give the disocount of Rs-100/- from now onwards. I had also suffer a lot with the service issue, my device get faulty within 20 days then they replace me the New device after 40 days, Also i had ask for the Waiver for rentel that also they didnt not given yet.
