Intex Care — Complaint against Intex service center

As i was facing few problems on my intex aqua life ii mobile, then i contact intex authorized service center, they took my mobile and told me it will be delivered within a month. But i don't got this. Then they told me the mobile will be replaced with new one so i have to submit my mobile's box, i also did this.
But enough is enough, there are almost 2 month and 15 days i have submitted my mobile to them till i don't get my mobile back.
