I purchase nano s+ in 5/11/2013
Due to some minur issue i given it to Saini mobile care (32 industrial area phase 1 panchkula)

After some day i called to know status
I visited service center and they told that we have fixed issue with cell phone you can take it, i checked nothing was working and also they said that your sim trey was broked we did not change and it was not in warrenty even both sim was working fine in my side, any way i said no problem one sim is working they said that yes one is working, i checked again, 2nd sim was also not working,
Again they said that we will change it in two days you can surely collect after two days
After two days i took leave from office and visited service center, they said that still we don't have time to check that, your phone is not under warrantyit will take charge i said i will not pay its under warranty,
They again said any way we will change it in 2 days again
Means to say i visited 8 time to know status because they don't attend call at call
TOday its over that one month and i visited again, they said yes its fine you can collect, i was surprised it was not fixed at all and having same issue even they fitted some duplicate trey in my cell phone
I was so frustrated because i wasted my 4 working day to it and decide i will not collect this phone
Because my company cut 3000 from my account due to off and it was only 1000rs mobile phone LOL...
It was due to stupid service center and even they don't have any engineer of mobile, untrained staff and rudely behaviour Was this information helpful? |
