Intex Mobile — After two months gone but still not receive my mobile. only display problem.

my phone model intex 3G mini. (job sheet no:[protected]T001)... i have warranty and got screen damage so i submitted my phone TIRUMALA B K ENTERPRISES Shop No.1/5/70, Eshwar Nagarm Ib Road. Raichur, Karnataka- 584101. on 19th march 2015 but the reason of year ending my phone not repaired and it will be process next month i.e. April 2, but still im not received my phone from till date and your service center ppl not lifting my call. what mobile number you publish in your website the service center ppl not using that numbers. its shows only advertisement but not service in your dabba company u have. if you ppl not giving proper service means why you have lunching phones. completely disagree with your service and service center ppl. if you not provide just a simple screen (display) means than y u open service centers plz close all service centers and mobiles phones. i request to all please dont buy Intex mobiles and products they don't given proper service.
