[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Battery got damaged just after using it for 2 months.

Sir, I bought the mobile from GOLYAN INDIA LLP 4/31, 2nd Floor, Saraswati Marg, WEA Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 CITY: New Delhi STATE: Delhi PIN: 110005 PHONE:[protected] COMPANY’S VAT TIN:[protected] COMPANY’S PAN No.:AANFG5292K through pay TM site on 1st june 2015. But just after 2 months o[censored]sing it suddenly my mobile got switched off.I have contacted local intex service centre they are asking Rs.4599/- for replacing the motherboard as according to them because of battery sweating it got damaged. I want a replacement of the mobile or want my money back as its totally abnormal of sweating of battery in normal temperature more over I have 1 year warranty too.
