[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — complaint regarding mobile repairing & not give me response by service centre

Sir, I have submitted my phone intex cloud y-4 for repair wide job sheet number[protected]T001 at 5g infotech shop no. 21, 22 1st floor, kalash palaza oop shah market agra on 07/07/2014 and Service center told that it will be repaired in 10 to 12 days.But till today date 27/07/2014 (20 days from 07/07/2014) I have not received my phone.And when I am trying to know current status of my phone through job sheet number, your executives does give me correct information about phone and your main service centre executives disconnect the phone.
