[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Defective mobile and Rude behavior by Customer care | |||
I bought Intex Turbo Salfie mobile from SK mobile store Vadodara dated 12.07.15. within a day i observed that my mobile battery life was very poor (even though basic mobile and not working internet than also life of battery only 2 to 3 hours a day) i went to seller and complaint the same they first refused to solve problem but when i told them i complaint you in consumer court so they changed the battery ... But this is not the end after that my mobile hanged up and always shown going to out of reach / Not reachable.. so i approached to customer care for resolving problem but they attending me with very badly and rudely (with person at the age of 60). I am very disappointed with their response and reply... I was handed over my mobile for repairing and got it yesterday after 25 days but now its FM radio not working. It is really waste of money and time and harassment bare by me from Intex and their customer care. I am fade up with all this incident i need justice either replacement of hand set or my money back... Pl. help me against this fraud. My mobile no.
