Intex Mobile — defective product and unsatisfied customer service | |||
Intex product are found defective after 2 or 3 days of purchasing though its cheap in price but it is also very cheap in quality and effectiveness and its service is not worth mentioning as i am now suffering for trusting intex product in term of satisfaction. I once believed in intex mobile product that why i purchased intex aqua extreme for Rs.11, 000 but after using 3 to 4 days it start hanging and i was unable to do anything it really upset me. After knowing the defectiveness of the product i tried to return it back from where i have buyed it from but the shop owner said the product have been hanging due to virus so he reset my mobile but the problem was still there, now the question arise which mobile can have virus after factory reseting it furthermore that it will only return Rs. 9000 and rest Rs. 2000 will be deducted, if you dont want this to happen then you have to come up with DOA certificate from intex service center stating that this product is defective and i want my cash back then only you can get all your money back. I tired to get the DOA but intex service provider said that there is a time limit of getting DOA as per rule it should be within the 7 days from the date of purchasing and today is your last day. if its my last day then please hurry and give me the DOA i said but then he said sorry we can't as per rule we cant give DOA after 6 pm. now another question arises if that the rule then why they have not mention it in the product packaging.
