Intex Mobile — Delay in Mobile repairing

dear sir, last month m buying a new intex Aqua Slice cellphone. Its working Properly for few weeks after that the display of phone is fully black out. so i took my cellphone in intex mobile service care in Panipat at the date[protected]. they take my cellphone and said after a week you collect your phone. but they dont repairing my phone on the giving date. 3 weeks has been passed but they cant give me back my cellphone.
