I have purchased a Intex Mobile Model 9 Qua Y2M bearing IMEI No. [protected] and Battery No. [protected] on 20.03.2015 from Ashoka Mobile Care, Gurdwara Singh Sabha Road, Near Pappu Juice Corner, Rajprua Town, Distt. Patiala. Now, I am facing problem in my mobile from past 1 month. The battery of the mobile show empty suddenly and mobile gets shut down. The battery of the mobile as well is having some problem and shape of the same has been changed.
I contacted the Service Centre of Intex Mobiles in Rajpura, but without checking any fault, they refused to repair the Mobile. I again approached them two days before, but they again refused to take the Mobile for Repair.
Due to this, I am facing mental harassment as I am unable to contact my near ones and social knowns. I am really fed up with the kind of service being provided by Intex and their service centres.
Please raise this issue with the authorities concerned.
