Intex Mobile — Intex Aqua I7 - Dula SIM phone got hanged and switched off and not getting ON

I have purchased Intex Aqua I7 on last July2014, its working Properly upto Jan29th. But on 30th its got hanged and switched off, again i have tried to ON the phone, its not getting switched ON. I have given service to Srinivasa Enterprises ([protected]@intexcare.in) and contact number : [protected] in chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA Still now, i m not getting Proper response from INTEX company, service centre informing, your mobile PCB board went faulty, Comapny will give new phone. But still now i have not got the phone. Almost 3 months over... Very Bad service ...
